Our firm was built through hands-on experience working inside growing businesses and multi-entity organizations. We’ve supported clients across multiple industries and states, often stepping in when financials were behind, systems were broken, or decision-making lacked reliable data. I’m Christine Farinelli, founder of Balanced Bookkeeping & Business Solutions, LLC. I work with business owners, founders, and other advisors who need financials they can rely on to support real decision-making. My background is rooted in accounting and operational finance.

I specialize in stepping into complex or messy financial environments—cleaning up historical issues, building defensible accounting structures, and creating reporting that stands up to scrutiny from CPAs, lenders, and investors. This often includes multi-entity businesses, contractor-heavy operations, and high-volume transaction environments. I don’t just record numbers—I collaborate with owners and advisors to interpret the financials, uncover risks or inefficiencies, and use data to improve cash flow, profitability, and long-term value.

Whether stabilizing a business, supporting growth, or preparing for a future exit, my role is to bring structure, confidence, and calm to the financial side of the business.
